We are excited to have you join the Outpour Studio for a fun and creative experience. To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time, please read our terms and conditions.


Guests are welcome to bring your own (BYO) alcohol to the workshop. While we encourage you to enjoy a drink, we reserve the right to remove any guest who becomes drunk and disorderly. This is for the safety and comfort of all attendees and our staff. We ask that you drink responsibly and respect the studio environment.


Additionally, we would like to make it clear that we do not tolerate any form of discrimination. We welcome all guests regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic. We expect all guests to treat each other with respect and kindness. Any form of discriminatory behavior or language will not be tolerated, and any guest who engages in such behavior may be asked to leave the workshop.

By attending our Paint and Sip Workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY


This policy is in place for those wanting to explore and exercise a refund or change of session. Outpour Studio is open and very understanding of changes and last minute hold ups. Our policy is really simple.


In the circumstance the attendee is not able to attend the booked session, should the attendee contact the Outpour Studio team before 96 hours (4 days) of the booked session, NO FEE will be charged to change and rebook to a more suited session time. Contact includes sending us an email to outpourstudio@gmail.com or sending a text / leaving a voicemail with 0450 929 538.  


If the attendee contacts the Outpour Studio team within the 96 hour (4 day) window before the booked session, a small $20 fee will be charged to cancel/rebook to another session. We will not offer a Full Refund for any booking.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY  TICKET?

The price per seat includes everything you’ll need to create your masterpiece (except whatever you’ll be drinking).

You’ll have all the necessary equipment provided, including:


All sessions include guidance from one of our artists to assist you in outpouring your creativity. The only thing you’ll need to bring is your favourite bottle of vino, some nibbles and your imagination.


Private Functions: If you are organising an event at a location outside of the studio (i.e. at your home) you will be required to provide glassware, tables & chairs and access to running water.
